We are looking for a Registered Care Manager to manage our home care service in Croydon & Sutton. This role involves the day‑to‑day running of the Radfield Home Care service, driving success and growth by promoting a suitable working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality. You will support our care professionals and provide clients with the right care.
Location: Croydon & Sutton
Contract: Full‑time
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Croydon & Sutton.
- Promote a working environment that drives success and growth.
- Maintain standards and ensure quality of care.
- Support care professionals and ensure clients receive suitable care.
Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting, managing and developing a team.
- Previous experience working for a home care provider preferable, e.g. care home manager, deputy manager or care manager.
- A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
