Salary: £13.45 per hour (weekdays), £13.80 per hour (weekends) plus travel time and mileage

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support for older people in their own homes
- Accompany clients to appointments, shops, and community events
- Assist with medication reminders and administration where appropriate
- Support personal care, including hygiene and eating
- Provide dementia and specialist care as needed
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns
