Pay & Hours
At Radfield Home Care, we pay you for your time with the client as well as your time travelling between clients and your mileage. Your travel time and mileage is calculated in real-time from Google, so it is a true reflection of your time.
- £13.00/hour weekdays
- £13.50/hour weekends
- 45p/mile
Working Patterns
The full-time role has a variety of shift patterns, depending on availability:
- Morning shift requires availability 7am-2pm
- Evening shift requires availability 4pm-10pm
- Alternate weekend availability or every Saturday or every Sunday
- Night shifts available 10pm-7am
Area Covered
Watford, Rickmansworth, Abbots Langley & Kings Langley and surrounding areas (WD3, WD4, WD5, WD6, WD7, WD17, WD18, WD23, and WD25 postcode areas).
