- Can build positive and supportiverelationships with children
- Is calm, patient and able torespond positively to pupils with a range of additional needs
- Has good communication skills andcan work effectively with staff, pupils and families
- Is organised, flexible and able towork collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrates a commitment toinclusive practice and high expectations for all pupils
- Is committed to safeguarding andpromoting the welfare of children
