About the Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Corporate Administrator to join our corporate department on a full time, office-based basis. You will provide essential administrative support to advisers and the wider team, helping to ensure client files, correspondence and processes run smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Client & File Administration

  • Prepare, process and maintain client files and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Support advisers with the preparation of client documentation, reports and correspondence.
  • Input and update client data across internal systems and databases.
  • Ensure documentation is filed, tracked and retrievable in line with regulatory requirements.

Group Schemes Administration

  • Provide ongoing administration of group pension schemes, including member updates, contributions and renewals.
  • Administer other group risk schemes (e.g. group life, income protection, private medical insurance), liaising with providers as required.
  • Keep scheme records accurate and up to date, and respond to member and employer queries relating to group schemes.

Correspondence & Communication

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence relating to client and corporate matters.
  • Liaise with clients, providers and third parties by phone and email in a professional manner.
  • Draft routine letters, emails and administrative communications.

Process & Compliance Support

  • Support the corporate department with day-to-day administrative processes and workflows.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, valuations and meeting packs.
  • Help ensure processes meet internal compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Provide diary management and scheduling support for advisers and meetings.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment (essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and client database systems.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.
  • Experience with financial services processes or terminology is desirable.
