Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner in Shrewsbury

Hours: Between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday on a shift basis.

Salary: Competitive Based on experience

Start Date: 19th January 2026

We are looking for a passionate and caring Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive nursery team. This role is open to fully qualified Level 3 practitioner.

About the Role

As an Early Years Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care, learning, and development opportunities for children aged 3 months- 7 years . You will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times
• Work as part of a team to maintain a warm and inclusive nursery environment

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Ability to support children’s individual needs
