Due to an internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Operations professional to join a leading FMCG company, based in Kent. This role will oversee all aspects of operations, directly line managing Production, Warehousing, Engineering and allocations, ensuring a safe, compliant, efficient working environment and coaching teams to high levels of performance.

What are we looking for?
- Experience working as an Operations Manager, Site Manager, Factory Manager or General Manager in an FMCG environment (ideally food, drink, fresh produce).
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards.
- Experience of lean manufacturing/continuous improvement.
- A coaching management style with a track record of building high performing teams.
- Experience of logistics/warehouse management in addition to core production management expertise.
- Financially astute - capable of controlling costs, managing budgets and optimising the overall financial performance of the plant.
- Strategic mentality capable of futureproofing the site and with an awareness of what is to come.
