A great opportunity to join a multi national business to lead the roll out of a new HRIS system, based in the UK, but with an international remit.

As the business goes through significant change and transformation, they are investing in new people, systems and processes to future fit the business to allow them to achieve their growth plans.

Part of this is the rollout of a new HRIS system, with the 1st module of this being payroll.

This has already been launched in several countries and we are looking for someone that can pick this up centrally and project manage this.

The business is a large, matrix organisation with different nuances in certain markets so we need someone that can keep top line consistency but can bring the various different stakeholders together across the various markets to understand the intricacies and specific needs so it works well locally.

As a result, the key focus of this role is the Project/Programme Management as well as having strong communication skills, both internally within the business but with the HRIS provider themselves, having a solution focussed mindset.

You will lead the project lifecycle from early stage through to post implementation support, ensuring that the system works well, user adoption is strong and is fits within the wider culture and values of the business.

Your major stakeholders will include the HR team, IT and Operations.

What we are looking for?

A capable Senior HRIS professional who has led fully cycle HRIS implementations who can project manage effectively, setting plans, timelines, budgets, SOW, compliance etc, whilst making sure the flow of information is well communicated across the business.

You need to have a thorough understanding of HR processes with experience of change management/transformation and formulating user adoption strategies.

The emphasis on this is being a strong communicator - both verbally and written as the business is complex, fast paced and undergoing significant transformation.

A positive and can-do attitude is essential.

We would consider candidates looking for a 6 month FTC or on a day rate basis.

Due to the nature of the project, you need to be immediately available (or very close to) and be able to work on a hybrid basis (office in Kent).
