An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and energetic Order Desk & Sales Team Leader to join a well-established international business supplying essential products into highly regulated global markets.

You'll take responsibility for leading a small team of 5-10 sales and order desk professionals, creating a positive, high-performing environment where people are motivated to maximise every customer opportunity while delivering an exceptional service.

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of 5-10 Order Desk and Sales professionals.
  • Create an enthusiastic, high-energy sales environment where individuals are encouraged to maximise opportunities.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve sales performance, confidence and commercial awareness.
  • Drive a proactive sales culture, moving beyond reactive order taking to identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor team performance, setting clear expectations and promoting accountability.
  • Support the day-to-day management of customer orders, enquiries and sales activity.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service while identifying opportunities to grow existing business.
  • Work closely with Operations and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and implement improvements that enhance team performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
