The successful candidate will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, stock purchasing and operational procurement activities across a dynamic and fast-moving supply chain. This position requires someone commercially aware, highly organised and adaptable - comfortable balancing both reactive Just-In-Time purchasing alongside more strategic, trend-led buying based on market demand and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing purchasing activity and raising purchase orders
  • Obtaining supplier quotations and negotiating pricing
  • Monitoring supplier performance and spend
  • Supporting stock control and inventory management
  • Managing supplier returns and stock discrepancies
  • Assisting with reporting, invoice queries and procurement administration
  • Working closely with internal departments to maintain operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous buying, procurement or stock control experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial awareness and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Confident working across multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience within regulated industries would be advantageous, but not essential.
