The role
- You’ll take full ownership of Quality across the business, acting as Responsible Person (RP) and Responsible Person for Import (RPi) – ensuring everything is compliant, audit‑ready, and built to scale.
- This is a true leadership role. You won’t just maintain standards – you’ll shape the Quality strategy, influence decision‑making and drive improvements across the wider business.
- You’ll also play a key role in ensuring Quality is seen as a business enabler, working closely with cross‑functional teams to support growth in a compliant way.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a high‑performing QA team
- Owning and evolving the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensuring full compliance with GDP, GMP and MHRA regulations
- Acting as RP / RPi across multiple licences
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Leading MHRA inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions
- Partnering with commercial and operational teams to support business growth and decision‑making
Qualifications
- A proven track record of leading teams within pharmaceutical quality
- Strong experience operating as an RP (and ideally RPi) – essential
- Deep knowledge of GDP, GMP and MHRA requirements
- Someone who communicates clearly and can collaborate and influence stakeholders across the business
- A proactive, solutions‑focused leader who can operate in a fast‑moving, evolving environment
