Opportunity
Radar Healthcare’s new Product Marketing Manager will bridge the gap between product, sales, and marketing. This new role will develop and execute strategies to ensure clear, consistent messaging that showcases the impact of the product functions and communication of the product road map aligned with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving Go‑to‑Market Success – support product, sales and customer‑facing teams with go‑to‑market plans for new products or product updates, including acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Shaping Product Positioning and Messaging – create compelling product positioning and messaging that communicates the unique value of Radar Healthcare to target audiences across the NHS, Social Care and Independent Healthcare markets.
- Aligning Cross‑Functional Teams – work closely with marketing, product, technical and customer‑facing teams to ensure alignment and consistency of product messaging.
- Leveraging Marketing Insights – lead on market research to understand customer needs and analyse competitor activities; share insights across the business to position Radar Healthcare in the market.
- Creating Impactful Content and Campaigns – create compelling marketing and sales enablement materials—including website copy, blogs, videos, demos, and presentations—in collaboration with customer‑facing teams.
- Planning and Executing Product Campaigns – collaborate with the Marketing Campaigns Manager and the US team to plan and execute product‑based marketing campaigns.
- Performance Analysis – track and analyse the performance of product‑owned marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
- Product Releases and Updates – own and plan product‑focused webinars, collating the relevant content to demonstrate to our intended ICP; collaborate with the Customer Communications Manager on the webinar calendar.

- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, including development and technical teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Experience in analysing data to track performance and make informed decisions.
- Understanding the needs and challenges of target customers.

- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager.
