Radar Healthcare's new Microsoft 365 Tenant Integration & Migration Consultant
Contract UK Remote Outside IR35 Considered
Radar Healthcare is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Tenant Integration & Migration Consultant to lead the integration of a newly acquired business into the Radar technology environment.
This is a hands‑on engagement covering the entire migration lifecycle, from discovery and target‑state design through to Microsoft 365 migration, domain cutover, device transition, hyper‑care, and source‑tenant de‑commissioning.
What you'll be responsible for
Assessing and documenting the source Microsoft 365 environment
Designing coexistence and target‑state architecture
Migrating Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams
Assessing and transitioning Slack channels, workflows and integrations
Migrating Entra ID applications, SSO, SCIM and automation platforms
Coordinating Intune and Windows Autopilot device transitions
Managing domain, DNS and mail‑flow cutover activities
Delivering hyper‑care, stabilisation and operational handover
Producing migration runbooks, validation reports and governance documentation
We're looking for someone with experience in:
Microsoft 365 tenant‑to‑tenant migrations
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive & Teams migrations
Entra ID, SSO, Enterprise Applications & SCIM
ShareGate or equivalent migration tooling
Microsoft Intune & Windows Autopilot
Power Platform, PowerShell & automation remediation
Slack migration and collaboration platform transitions
DNS, domain
