The Opportunity: Radar Healthcare's new Sales Ledger Assistant. As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our friendly Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting an exciting project as we implement a new billing platform. This is a fully remote role, although you'll need to be based in Cambridgeshire to allow for occasional team meetings, training sessions and collaborative working when required.

What you’ll be doing to make a difference: As part of our Finance team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our billing processes run smoothly and our customers receive an excellent experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Raising and processing customer invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Allocating customer payments and reconciling accounts
  • Managing outstanding debt and supporting the reduction of aged debtors
  • Resolving billing and payment queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating Salesforce with relevant account, billing and payment information
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to support day-to-day finance operations

Your journey so far: We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in Sales Ledger, Accounts Receivable or Credit Control
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence using finance systems, Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to manage and prioritise your workload effectively

Even better if you have worked in a SaaS environment.
