What you’ll be doing to make a difference:
Strategic People Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, ensuring people strategies support business growth, innovation, and transformation.
Partner with managers on workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning, and talent forecasting.
Support organisational growth, restructuring, and integration activities as the business evolves.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
Build trusted relationships across the organisation, supporting managers and employees through complex people challenges.
Drive engagement initiatives informed by employee feedback, surveys, and insights.
Culture & Organisational Effectiveness
