Overview


Radar Healthcare is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across the organisation. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems, supporting strategic IT initiatives, and delivering exceptional service to our teams. You’ll be joining at a pivotal time as we transition away from outsourced support and bring IT services in-house. You will work closely with the IT Manager and contribute to the development of our service desk, asset management, and compliance systems.



Responsibilities



  • Provide hands-on technical support across the organisation.

  • Ensure the smooth operation of our internal systems.

  • Support strategic IT initiatives and deliver exceptional service to our teams.

  • Work with the IT Manager and contribute to the development of our service desk, asset management, and compliance systems.



Qualifications



  • Proven experience in IT support, ideally within a healthcare or compliance-driven environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Azure AD).

  • Familiarity with Windows Server environments and networking fundamentals.

  • Experience with device provisioning tools (e.g. Autopilot).

  • Understanding of access control policies and cybersecurity best practices.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.



Desirable



  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-900, MD-102, AZ-104).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

  • Knowledge of GDPR, Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001.

  • Familiarity with service desk platforms (Freshworks, Jira, Dynamics).

  • Experience with patch management tools and processes.

  • ITIL Foundation certification or working knowledge of ITIL principles.
