The Opportunity
Radar Healthcare\’s newAnalytics Consultant
The Analytics Consultant plays a key role in implementing and optimising analytics configurations (including reports and dashboards) within the Radar application. This role supports customer implementations by translating business requirements into effective analytics solutions using tools such as Sisense. Working closely with Product and Technical Consultants, the Analytics Consultant ensures that reporting needs are met, training is delivered, and analytics deliverables are aligned with both project objectives and Radar’s best practices.
What you’ll be doingto make a difference:
- Configure analytics components (reports and dashboards) according to client requirements using Radar’s analytics tools.
- Participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, supporting SMEs and Product Consultants in analytics design.
- Support in Discovery sessions and solution scoping by advising on analytics capabilities and design feasibility.
- Deliver reporting walkthroughs or data visualisation demos during onboarding.
- Deliver analytics training sessions to support onboarding, user enablement, and long-term adoption.
- Create and maintain documentation to support analytics configuration, toolkit use, and end-user training.
- Support the development and refinement of standardised analytics toolkits and templates.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams on potential analytics enhancements.
Your journey so far…
- Experience in an analytics/reporting role within SaaS, BI, or software implementation.
- Hands on experience with BI tools (e.g. Sisense, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong understanding of data structures, visualisation principles, and reporting logic.
Even better if you…
- Knowledge of data modelling, SQL, or embedded analytics platforms.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly beneficial.
