We are recruiting a Part‑Time Minibus Driver to support the safe transportation of vulnerable adults within the community.

Location

Winchester or Alton

Hours

Monday to Friday

• 2 hours AM (08:30–10:30)
• 2 hours PM (15:00–17:00)
• 20 hours per week

Pay

£17.69 per hour (PAYE)

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the safe transfer of vulnerable adults to and from various activities, using a person‑centred and respectful approach. Training such as MIDAS will be provided.

Requirements

• D1 category on Driving Licence
• Ability to operate a minibus + onboard equipment
• Understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults
• Patience, empathy, and compassion
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, carers, and professionals
