Housekeeper
Seamill Hydro Hotel & Seamill House Hotel
We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team, working across Seamill Hydro and Seamill House. This role involves supporting the Housekeeping teams in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across both properties.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Clean and maintain guest bedrooms and public areas to a high standard.
- Support housekeeping operations at Seamill House, providing cover when required as part of the wider team rota.
- Service guest bedrooms according to occupancy and arrivals, ensuring any special requests are fulfilled.
- Ensure rooms meet company standards and complete relevant room check documentation.
- Report maintenance issues or other concerns to the relevant manager.
- Identify and report any concerns regarding guest misuse of hotel facilities.
- Maintain clean, tidy and safe working areas.
- Prioritise guest comfort and safety at all times.
- Work closely with the wider Housekeeping team across both properties.
- Follow instructions from the Duty Manager and Head of Housekeeping.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
- Full driving licence is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking, with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work across both locations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to support the needs of the business.
