Café Assistant Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort Part-Time 16-24 Hours per Week

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Café Assistant to join our brand-new café at Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new café concept, providing exceptional service in a warm, welcoming environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Deliver friendly, efficient, and attentive customer service at all times.
  • Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, food and snacks.
  • Operate the till, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the café.
  • Restock food, beverages, and supplies as required.
  • Assist with food preparation and display, ensuring products are presented to a high standard.
  • Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Handle guest enquiries professionally and create a welcoming experience for every customer.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude.

  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
