We're looking for hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porters to join the team at Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa.
You'll play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operation by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, assisting with the organisation of the kitchen, and ensuring our chefs have everything they need to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing
- Washing dishes, kitchen equipment, utensils, and cookware to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Keeping all kitchen areas clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations.
- Assisting with the receipt, storage, and organisation of deliveries.
- Supporting the chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Safely disposing of waste and maintaining recycling procedures.
- Ensuring cleaning schedules are completed accurately and on time.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to help ensure a smooth and efficient service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
