Housekeeper Lochgreen House Hotel, Troon Part Time

We're looking for dedicated part-time Housekeepers to join the team at Lochgreen House Hotel.

If you have a passion for cleanliness, attention to detail, and take pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Shifts are typically

4 hours in length and are scheduled between 6:00am and 3:00pm, including weekends.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Cleaning all public areas within the hotel to a high standard.
  • Cleaning guest bedrooms in line with daily occupancy and special requests.
  • Ensuring rooms meet company standards and completing relevant documentation for room checks.
  • Reporting any faults within rooms and public areas to the Duty Manager.
  • Addressing concerns regarding guest misuse or damage of rooms professionally.
  • Ensuring the comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction of guests within the hotel.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety in all working and public areas, free from hazards.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred.
  • Hard-working, reliable, and punctual with excellent time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
