We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie with experience in a Rosette-standard kitchen to further their career at one of Ayrshire's finest luxury hotels.

Working alongside an experienced kitchen brigade, you’ll play an important role in preparing refined, seasonal dishes that showcase the very best of Scotland’s exceptional local produce.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards within your designated section.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and excellent presentation across every service.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety.
- Assist with stock rotation, portion control, and minimising food waste.
- Work across restaurant service, private dining, weddings, and events.
- Support the training and development of Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters where required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress within a quality hotel or restaurant.
- Experience working in a Rosette‑standard kitchen is not essential but highly advantageous.
- A genuine passion for producing high‑quality food using the finest seasonal Scottish ingredients.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform well in a fast‑paced kitchen.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and develop.
- A team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
