We're looking for enthusiastic Bar Team Members to join the team at Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa.
You'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and supporting the day-to-day operation of our bars and food service areas.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks.
- Delivering friendly and attentive customer service to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the bar area.
- Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with stock control and reporting any stock shortages.
- Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations are followed.
- Working closely with the restaurant, kitchen, and wider hotel team to support seamless service.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 or over due to licensing regulations.
