What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the Head Chef in the day‑to‑day running of kitchen operations
- Oversee kitchen sections to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Prepare and cook dishes to specification, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation
- Uphold impeccable hygiene standards and strictly follow all food safety regulations
- Train, support, and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
- Ensure high standards are maintained across all services
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a quality restaurant or hotel environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
