We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at Seamill Hydro Hotel.
Reporting directly to the hotel management team, you will help oversee the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm welcome and exceptional dining experience.
Leading by example, you’ll support the front‑of‑house team in delivering outstanding service while creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the front‑of‑house team throughout each shift.
- Serving food and beverages while maintaining the highest standards of customer care.
- Welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring tables are prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Assisting with staff training and helping to maintain our high service standards.
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving any issues professionally and efficiently.
- Working closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised restaurant environment in line with health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is essential.
- Experience leading or supporting a team is desirable.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Someone who enjoys supporting and motivating others.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
