We're looking for a passionate and organised Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to join the team at Lochside House Hotel Lodges & Spa. You’ll help bring weddings and events to life, from converting enquiries into bookings through to ensuring every detail is carefully planned and delivered.
There may also be opportunities to support weddings and events across our other Ayrshire hotels, offering a varied role across some of our distinctive venues.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and plan weddings and events, ensuring all details are delivered to a high standard.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling client queries and requirements.
- Conduct show rounds and ensure venues are prepared to meet customer expectations.
- Manage enquiries, bookings and event details with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Support weddings and events across other Ayrshire hotels when required.
What We're Looking For:
- A warm, engaging and professional approach with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hospitality, weddings, events or sales is desirable.
- A full driving licence is essential due to occasional travel between hotels.
- Flexibility to work weekends and other hours as required.
