We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Dalmeny Park House Hotel, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency, and excellent guest experiences. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth, efficient service across all departments.
- Leading, motivating, and developing departmental managers and wider hotel teams.
- Managing staffing levels, rotas, and operational costs to support business performance targets.
- Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Ensuring all operational procedures, brand standards, and company policies are consistently followed.
- Supporting the delivery of weddings, events, restaurant, bar, and accommodation operations where required.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety, compliance, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the hotel.
- Working closely with senior management to drive revenue, performance, and guest satisfaction.
