We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team at the Radstone Hotel. Typical working hours will be between 9:00am to 3:00pm or 10:00am to 3:00pm. Flexibility is essential, as earlier shifts will occasionally be required to meet the needs of the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas throughout the hotel, ensuring they are always welcoming for our guests.
  • Clean and prepare guest bedrooms in line with daily occupancy and arrivals, carefully attending to any special requests to create a memorable stay.
  • Ensure all rooms are cleaned to company standards, completing relevant documentation and room check procedures accurately.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues within bedrooms or public areas to the Duty Manager.
  • Report any concerns regarding guest misuse or damage of bedrooms in a professional and discreet manner.
  • Help ensure the comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction of every guest within the hotel.
  • Follow all instructions and guidance provided by the Duty Manager and Head of Housekeeping.
  • Keep all working areas and public spaces clean, organized, and free from hazards, maintaining a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is desirable, though full training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • A hard-working, dependable, and punctual individual who takes pride in delivering high standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a supportive team.
