What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, food preparation, and team management.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated team of kitchen staff.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets effectively.
  • Create seasonal menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar quality venue.
  • A proven track record in menu design, implementation, planning, recruitment, and training.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Experience with Procure Wizard beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to develop and motivate a team.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards.
  • Effective communication at all levels.
