We are looking for a reliable and proactive Night Porter to join our team at Dalmeny Park House Hotel. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will ensure smooth hotel operations during the night shift, provide excellent customer service, and maintain high safety and service standards for all guests.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Set up wedding and event spaces for weddings, conferences, and other occasions.
- Respond to guest requests and assist with late check-ins/outs, ensuring all needs are met.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests through regular checks of public areas and rooms.
- Assist with luggage, deliveries, and help maintain a clean, organized hotel environment.
- Provide bar service to guests during the night, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Complete night audit duties, balancing financial records for the day.
- Report maintenance issues or security concerns to the relevant departments.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact positively with guests.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- A professional and friendly demeanour, with a strong work ethic.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- A driver's license and access to your own vehicle is preferred.
