We are actively seeking a Breakfast Chef at Dalmeny Park House Hotel. The role will involve shifts preparing breakfast for residents and walk-ins, assisting with prep work for service, and supporting the kitchen team with various duties. There is also potential for extra hours, depending on the successful candidate's skills and experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensuring the kitchen is set up and equipped with all necessary ingredients and tools before service begins.
- Working efficiently with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely breakfast service.
- Assisting with prep for lunch service.
- Preparing afternoon teas.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens is highly beneficial.
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Breakfast Chef is preferred.
- A creative approach to cooking, with an eye for detail.
- Experience in preparing breakfast, soups, sauces, and afternoon teas.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A genuine passion for food.
