We’re looking for a dedicated Front of House Host to join the team at Seamill Hydro Hotel Resort. If you have a passion for delivering excellent guest service and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Seamill Hydro Hotel Resort is renowned for its stunning location with breath‑taking coastal views and exceptional hospitality. As part of the award‑winning RAD Hotel Group, the resort offers diverse dining options, event spaces, and the new Hydro Health Club.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable first impression.
  • Offering exceptional customer service across various resort areas, including reception and dining.
  • Be confident in using and managing ResDiary to optimise availability within the restaurant.
  • Liaise with the Restaurant Manager and Section Leaders to ensure tables are turned around in a timely manner.
  • Managing restaurant duties such as hosting, taking orders, and resolving customer feedback or issues.
  • Ensuring all front‑of‑house areas remain clean, organised, and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar quality hotel or resort.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
  • Knowledge of food and drink trends is a plus, but not essential.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our guests.
