We are looking for Food and Beverage Team Members at Hetland Hall Hotel. Reporting directly to restaurant management, the successful applicant will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Part of the award-winning, family-owned RAD Hotel Group, Hetland Hall Hotel is a beautiful country house hotel located in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take orders accurately, suggest menu items, and create a memorable dining experience.
- Deliver food and drinks to guests efficiently.
- Keep the restaurant and dining areas clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, even during busy periods.
- Handle payments accurately while maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and midweek shifts.
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is helpful but not essential.
- Clear communication skills and a professional appearance.
