We are looking for Food and Beverage Assistants at Hetland Hall Hotel. Reporting directly to restaurant management, the successful applicant will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Part of the award-winning, family-owned RAD Hotel Group, Hetland Hall Hotel is a beautiful country house hotel located in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway. We are passionate about providing our guests with unforgettable experiences and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our established team. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take orders accurately, suggest menu items, and create a memorable dining experience.
  • Deliver food and drinks to guests efficiently.
  • Keep the restaurant and dining areas clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, even during busy periods.
  • Handle payments accurately while maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and midweek shifts.
