We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to join our growing team at RAD Hotel Group. In this dynamic, hands‑on leadership role, you will drive culinary excellence across our award‑winning venues. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced chef passionate about leading talented kitchen teams, delivering outstanding food quality, and fostering innovation. As Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the culinary direction of the group, while supporting and developing chefs across multiple properties to ensure consistent, high‑quality dining experiences. There is an expectation that 3 or 4 days per week will be in kitchens.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead menu development and seasonal innovation across multiple venues.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of kitchen teams.
- Drive food quality, consistency, presentation, and service speed.
- Maintain and improve kitchen standards and operational efficiency.
- Be hands‑on in your approach, particularly during key periods, weekends, and major events.
- Support kitchens and cover Head Chef roles when required.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure best quality produce and GP targets.
- Ensure all kitchens maintain high standards of food safety and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or a highly experienced Head Chef ready to step up.
- A hands‑on leadership style with a passion for mentoring teams.
- Strong experience in high‑volume, quality‑focused kitchens.
- Excellent knowledge of menu development, costing, and GP management.
- The ability to maintain standards across multiple venues.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A full driving licence and flexibility to travel between properties.
