RAD Hotel Group is looking for a creative, passionate and driven Social Media & Content Creator to take our digital presence to the next level across our collection of luxury hotels, restaurants, spas and wedding venues throughout Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can combine strategy with creativity, producing scroll-stopping content that showcases the beauty, experiences and personality behind the RAD brand. From luxury spa days and weddings to restaurant launches, chef features, hotel stays and behind-the-scenes moments, no two days will be the same.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing all social media platforms across the group
- Creating engaging photo, video and reel content
- Editing content to a high standard with fast turnarounds
- Planning and delivering creative campaigns and content calendars
- Capturing on-site content across multiple hotel venues
- Regular travel to venues across the RAD Hotel Group to create and capture content
- Writing compelling captions and digital copy
- Monitoring trends, analytics and platform performance
- Working closely with hotel teams, marketing and management
What We're Looking For:
- Creative, proactive and full of ideas
- Experienced in social media management and content creation
- Skilled in photography, video editing and short-form content
- Confident filming and creating content on location
- Passionate about hospitality, travel and lifestyle branding
- Organised, adaptable and highly motivated
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
