With 10 hotels across the West of Scotland and continued growth across the business, we’re looking for a friendly, professional and motivated Reservations Assistant to join our Head Office team in Cumnock.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing hospitality business where great service, teamwork and career development are at the heart of what we do.

Our Reservations team operates 7 days a week, with a variety of shift patterns available to suit different lifestyles and commitments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing hotel bookings and reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
  • Using excellent communication and sales skills to maximise room sales and additional revenue opportunities.
  • Providing hotels and colleagues with accurate and relevant guest information to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Ensuring all bookings are recorded accurately and efficiently.
  • Handling guest enquiries professionally and confidently by telephone and other communication channels.
  • Supporting the wider team with general administration and ensuring our reservations process remains accurate, efficient and effective.
  • Building positive relationships with guests, potential guests and colleagues across the group.
