- Monitoring orders and following up with suppliers to ensure deadlines are met.
- Checking deliveries and coordinating the distribution of items to the correct hotel or project.
- Organising and monitoring project-related stock and stored items.
- Keeping samples, specifications, product information and project documents organised and up to date.
- Communicating with hotel teams, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Providing administrative and practical support throughout each project.

- A proactive, practical approach and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
- The ability to manage several projects, orders and priorities simultaneously.
- Confident communication skills and a professional manner.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Confidence communicating with suppliers and following up on orders and deliveries.
- Good numerical skills and the ability to check quotations, quantities and costs accurately.
- A reliable and flexible approach, with a willingness to support a wide variety of tasks.
- Previous experience in project support, purchasing, procurement, administration, stock coordination, interiors or hospitality would be beneficial.
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel regularly between RAD Hotel Group locations.
What We’ll Offer You:
- Competitive salary, depending on experience.
- Training and development opportunities.
- Career progression within a growing, family-owned hotel group.
- Discounts across all RAD Hotel Group venues, including dining, stays, spa and more!
