We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Group Sales & Events Co-ordinator to join our sales team at RAD Hotel Group.

Based at our Head Office in Cumnock, this is a varied role supporting our hotels and venues across the West of Scotland.

You’ll play an important role in converting event enquiries into confirmed bookings, building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to maximise sales across the RAD Hotel Group.

The role will involve regular travel to our venues, as well as occasional evening and weekend work, so a full driving licence is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage event enquiries, bookings and reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
  • Respond to both inbound and outbound calls, building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Arrange and conduct sales meetings and venue show rounds with wedding couples, event organisers and prospective clients.
  • Attend internal and external sales events to promote individual venues and the wider RAD Hotel Group.
  • Provide a warm, professional and engaging experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise sales and generate additional revenue across our hotels, restaurants and event services.
  • Work closely with our hotel teams to ensure enquiries and bookings are managed smoothly from enquiry through to event.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer enquiries and bookings are followed up promptly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales, events, hospitality or a customer-focused role is preferred.
  • A confident, personable and professional approach with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in sales and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings effectively.
  • A warm and professional telephone manner.
  • Confidence building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work in a busy and varied environment.
  • Flexible and comfortable working evenings and weekends when required.
  • Professionally presented and confident when representing the RAD Hotel Group.
  • Full driving licence, as travel between our venues will be required.
