We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll play an integral role in maintaining high service standards and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and safety
  • Leading and supporting the front-of-house team, promoting teamwork and effective communication
  • Delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest queries or concerns
  • Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Assisting with staff scheduling, stock control, and administrative duties
  • Helping create a memorable dining experience for every guest

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
