We're looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support the effective day-to-day operation of the Royal Hotel, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to every guest while providing strong leadership and support to our team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Operations Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the hotel.
- Leading, motivating, and developing team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Managing guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure excellent communication and seamless service delivery.
- Assisting with staff training, coaching, and performance development.
- Monitoring operational standards and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and hotel procedures.
- Acting as a duty manager and providing hands-on leadership across the hotel.
What You'll Need:
- Previous supervisory or management experience within the hospitality industry.
- Experience in hotel operations, Food & Beverage, or Conference & Banqueting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a flexible approach to work.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
