We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café Manager to lead our brand-new café at Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to oversee the day-to-day running of a new café concept, delivering exceptional service in a warm, welcoming environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Lead, motivate, and support the café team, creating a positive and welcoming working environment.
- Manage staff rotas, daily briefings, and team performance.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene in line with company procedures.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise waste.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks made in the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
- Drive sales by maintaining excellent standards and promoting seasonal offers where appropriate.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hotel.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with stock control and ordering.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
