We are seeking a Banqueting Manager at the Radstone Hotel. The Banqueting Manager will support the successful day-to-day running and execution of conferences, events, and weddings. This will be a hands-on role, leading the conference and banqueting team to ensure the highest levels of customer service to all guests.
What our ideal candidate looks like:
- Previous experience of managing or supervising a conference and banqueting team
- Strong Food and Beverage or Conference and Banqueting background
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to develop a team
- Strong customer service skills and willing to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Can work as part of a team
