As Chef de Partie, you will be a vital member of our kitchen brigade, responsible for a specific section. You will work under the guidance of our senior chefs to ensure the smooth operation of your section and contribute to the overall success of our culinary team. This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills and contribute to the high standards of our hotel.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage a section of the kitchen.
  • Execute dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels for your section and assist with ordering and rotation.
  • Support and guide Commis Chefs and junior team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Professional cookery qualifications are desirable but not essential.
  • A strong passion for food and eagerness to learn and develop your culinary skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Good communication skills and a strong team-player attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent results.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
