We're now looking for a hands‑on Restaurant Manager to lead our talented front‑of‑house team and maintain our high standards.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead, train, and motivate the front‑of‑house team.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, and table flow.
- Recruit, schedule, and develop team members.
- Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, sales, and stock control.
- Drive revenue through upselling and excellent guest engagement.
