We're now looking for a hands‑on Restaurant Manager to lead our talented front‑of‑house team and maintain our high standards.

Take in breathtaking views of the River Doon, Burns Monument, and the historic Brig o’ Doon itself, the iconic setting for the dramatic climax of Robert Burns' famous poem, Tam o' Shanter.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead, train, and motivate the front‑of‑house team.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, and table flow.
- Recruit, schedule, and develop team members.
- Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, sales, and stock control.
- Drive revenue through upselling and excellent guest engagement.
- Collaborate with kitchen and events teams for smooth service.
- Maintain quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality venue.
- Experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or hotel environment beneficial.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
