We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Depending on your experience and skills, you will be offered a role as either Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a kitchen section, develop your skills, and contribute to the high culinary standards of our hotel.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a section of the kitchen and ensure smooth operation.
- Execute dishes according to recipes and standards, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
- Strictly adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor stock levels for your section and assist with ordering and rotation.
- Support and guide Commis Chefs and junior team members.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace at all times.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant or hotel.
- Professional cookery qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- A strong passion for food and eagerness to develop your culinary skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent results.
