Join our team at Brig o’ Doon House Hotel, an iconic venue and popular destination. We’re looking for enthusiastic Bar Staff to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll serve drinks, engage with guests, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming and professional environment. You may also assist with weddings, events, and functions, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving beverages efficiently and professionally
- Preparing drinks and cocktails where required
- Processing payments and handling transactions
- Providing a warm, welcoming, and attentive experience to guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas
- Assisting at weddings, events, and functions as needed
- Engaging with guests and offering recommendations when appropriate
- Upholding food and drink safety standards and hygiene regulations
What we’re looking for:
- Flexible availability including midweek, evenings, and weekends
- People full of personality who enjoy interacting with guests
- Flexible and adaptable to cover varying shift patterns
