About the Opportunity

We are looking for skilled Food & Beverage Attendants to join our professional team to deliver a high standard of customer service with a friendly, positive ‘can do’ attitude and a helpful approach. This could be just the right role for you. In the role, you’ll have the opportunity to experience working across all our outlets with a broad range of service styles including conference & events, casual dining, pool and bar service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers
  • Providing detailed menu knowledge & explanation
  • Taking orders
  • Communicating with the kitchen
  • Set up & clearing of tables
  • Interacting with guests

Rosters are available two weeks in advance, allowing for consistent work schedules. Availability to work 3-5 shifts per week, including evenings and weekends, is ideal.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Previous experience working in a customer‑focused venue within fast‑paced food and beverage service.
  • A genuine love for hospitality and providing great service.
  • Current VIC RSA Certificate.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a bright & friendly personality.
  • The ability to quickly build rapport with guests and your team.
