Duties include:

  • Check in and check out members
  • Answering and re-direction of calls
  • Assisting with requests and general enquiries
  • Guest accounts reconciliation
  • Provide exceptional guest experience

We’re looking for:

  • Experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort
  • Opera knowledge would be an advantage
  • A desire to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Team player and works well under pressure
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children’s Check
